Cancellation Policy

1. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Dalverib account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

2. Virtual Currency

Upon account cancellation:

• All virtual currency will be forfeited

• Virtual items and achievements will be lost

• Account history will be archived

3. Data Retention

After cancellation:

• Personal data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy

• Required legal records will be maintained

• Optional data will be deleted within 30 days

4. Reactivation

If you wish to return:

• Accounts can be reactivated within 90 days

• After 90 days, a new account must be created

• Previous virtual currency and items cannot be restored

5. Refund Policy

As Dalverib operates with virtual currency only and no real money is involved, no refunds are applicable.
